Rare antique porcelain Lithophane lamp shade marked Von Schierholz Dresden, circa 1967-1970, Germany Dresden This is a beautiful piece of porcelain from Dresden. The markings on the inside and the numbering on top (number 26) indicate that it around 150 year anniversary brand in 1967, in Germany by Von Schierholz. No. 26 is linked to Oswald Lorenz, The base of the lamp is made of white porcelain with gold finish. It has hand-painted flowers and figures. The best features are the four complicated lithophanes that only appear when the lamp is lit. The porcelain is in excellent condition, without signs of interruptions or repairs. Dimensions: 28 cm high. 25 cm diameter (bottom). 13 cm diameter top. This is a lamp shade that can be used as a hanging lamp or table lamp. Insured shipping or can be picked up.
