Asian landscape with maple and bird.
Lid and base are encased in fire-gilt metal.
One can fill the lamp with essential fragrance oil, when the light lights up, the oil is heated and spreads the wonderful scent of the oil in your home.
In the past, these lamps were used to drive out smoke, hence the German name; Rauchverzehrer.
They came in all kinds of forms such as animals, figures and vase models. They have not been made since the 1960s.
Today, they are sought after collectors items.
Height: 19 cm, diameter foot is 7 cm.
The power cord measures 72 cm.
