Authentic and very charming Calendograph pointer by the brand Maty Besançon, created in 1951 by the 24-year-old Franche-Comté artist Gérard Mantion. Gold-plated case measuring 34 mm (excluding crown) and steel screwed back. Original dial, mixed index markers, dauphine hands, small seconds at 6 o'clock, date pointer and "Maty Besançon" inscription. The date and day can be read with the crescent hand. The rotating bezel allows the day to be adjusted in relation to the date, at the start of the month. Perspex without any marks. Strap measuring 19 cm without the pin buckle. Hand wind mechanical movement, Lorsa 237b, 17 rubies, in good working order. Beautiful collector's item. Careful registered shipping with signature required. Happy bidding.
