The Swede Lars Magnus Ericsson designed one of the most coveted phones in the world, inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Desk phone in bare steel, with two inductive magnets, curved and twisted into a stand.
It has a crank to rotate the armour between the magnets that produces the ringtone from the other end of the line.
Various parts have been nickel plated and lacquered.
The typical golden/green stylised floral motifs and the marks "L.M.ERICCSON" "STOCKHOLM" are still visible, though slightly vanished, (see photos)
The adapter that connects the trumpet on the board to the handset has been replaced. See photos.
In good used condition, considering it’s 125 years old.
No missing or defective components.
