The Fiesta XR2 mk3 was manufactured from 1989 to 1991, before being replaced in 1992. This specimen indicates just 39,000 km and has had a single owner since 2001, for over 22 years. It has been kept covered in a garage while awaiting a restoration which the owner never completed. The bodywork is completely original, as is the paint, which however has many imperfections, markings and protuberances, and two rust spots (top and left windscreen support). However, it is complete with its rare parts (bumper, side skirts, plastic parts, rims). The interior is in good original condition. The plastic parts and dashboard are intact. The fabric is excellent, both front and back, as are all the details. A compression test did not detect any mechanical damage and produced excellent results (see photos). The brakes are not blocked. In any case, a complete check must be carried out in order to use the vehicle on the road. The underbody is solid and original with no signs of significant rust, and can pass the Italian technical inspection without any detected defects. The car has always been kept in a garage.
