This cel is part of the film: Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn (1995) shows Vegeta during a fight.
Son Goku's ally and eternal rival appears both normal and in the Super Saiyan version with a superimposable cel, together there is also the corresponding douga.
The cels are glued to tissue paper.
Everything shows very well and in excellent condition.
