A very beautiful and RARE book..."Souvenir of the Highlands: The Trossachs, Loch Katrine, and Loch Lomond, with Twenty-Four Chromo Views". This is a very good copy of this book in publisher's original decorative binding in blue. A superb collection of 24 beautiful coloured chromolithograph prints of the West Highlands and Caledonian Canal including Loch Etive ,Fort William,Glencoe Pass, Staffa,Oban and lots more.Some wonderful scenery and views of the magnificance of Scotland. Binding remain firm with no hinge weakness and the contents are clean internally. All page edges are in gilt.Excellent copy for the collector. Beautiul map at the end. Light wear around edges and corners, some shelfwear-see photos as part of description. Rarity.
