Delicate, broad and very intense, this 2005 Chablis Pic Premier enchants us with floral and fruity aromas that are still very fragrant despite its age. Sweet aromas of honey and candied fruit follow immediately, followed by herbaceous and mineral scents. In the mouth it is buttery and very elegant, with a fresh streak still present which makes everything perfectly harmonious and persistent. It closes with a long sweet and mineral finish.
