6 well-aged bottles of Marc Brédif Réserve Privée Vigne Blanche "Monopole". The vintage is 2017, an outstanding vintage for white Loire wines according to the Robert Parker Vintage Chart (94T/100). These bottles come almost directly from the cool cellars of the domaine where they have aged these past years in optimal conditions.
Tasting notes:
Color: Brilliant yellow gold.
Nose: Very ripe nose which develops notes of honey and quince. When agitated, some fresher nuances of citrus and fine, slightly woody notes.
Mouth: The attack is supple with lots of volume. It lingers for a long time with the honeyed aromas of olfaction.

Grape variety: 100% Chenin Blanc.
Location: The vines are located on the first slopes in the town of Vouvray
Exposure: North/South and slope at 15%
Terrain: Red clay and stone directly on the Turonian tuffeau
Age of vines: 26 years

Fermentation: 3 months at a temperature below 18°C, including malolactic fermentation for one tank.

Aging potential: 5 to 12 years (2024 till 2031)
