Le vendeur a été parfait et la chaise Tripp Trapp parfaite. Ce qui a été un peu moins bien, c’est le service de livraison DPD qui ne m’a pas livré à la date convenue sans me prévenir.

Le lot était classifié comme neuf - inutilisé Or il est dans état d’usure avancé que les photos ne montraient pas, et même sale (morceaux de nourriture encore collés sur les pieds). Inacceptable.

i ordered the stokke chair, but post.nl lost the pakage and they sent me 2 chinese dogs. the owner of the chair tried to solve the situaton, and helped me through the entire time. thank you.
