    There were some delays with the shipment, but Alena responded immediately and helped resolve the issue. The ring is beautiful and just as I imagined it. And then there's the packaging: spectacular!

    Los pendientes son preciosos y la presentación espectacular. Me han salido carísimos porque entre impuestos, aranceles y gastos prácticamente se ha duplicado el precio, aún así estoy muy contenta.
