    Ordered another set of knives as well one out of three of the knives tips were damaged in transit as well as my past order not happy with purchase

    parcel has never arrived. Seller argued that according to UPS I got the parcel. UPS tells me that the parcel has never been picked up by them due to incomplete data provide by the seller - HANDS OFF!

    The item quality is far from what is claimed, and the item is not white Shirogami steel, but stainless steel. Dissappointing.
