Shipping & Pick up
Manual shipping and customs

When using manual shipping, you are fully responsible for:

  • Choosing a shipping company that supports international customs handling.
  • Generating and including all required paperwork.
  • Paying any applicable fees or duties in advance, where possible.
  • Making sure your object is accepted by customs in the buyer’s country.

During the shipping process, customs authorities might need extra info from you so keep an eye on your email inbox (including the spam folder). If you don’t provide the info customs authorities ask for, your package will likely be returned to you. If your object is returned, held, or rejected, this may lead to delays or extra costs.

We recommend staying in contact with the buyer throughout the shipping process by messaging them from the order page.
