Shipping & Pick up
Can I combine shipments for one buyer?

You can combine shipments if all of the following apply:

  • All the objects you won were bought by the same buyer.
  • All the objects were won in the same auction on the same day.
  • The buyer paid for all the objects at the same time. (Objects bought using Buy now can’t be combined.)

Here is how Combined Shipping works:

  • You can enable combined shipping in your seller profile or select this option during the object submission process.
  •  The buyer only pays for the shipping of one package.
  • The shipping cost will be based on the object that is most expensive to ship.
    • For example, if one object has a shipping cost of €2 and another has a cost of €3, the buyer will only pay €3 for shipping.

  • You’ll receive a shipping label for the object with the largest package size selected during submission.
  • [Smart Shipping only] If you added a packaging and handling fee, this will be charged once.

Exclusions:

  • Objects bought with the Buy Now option cannot be combined as all objects must be paid for at the same time to qualify for combined shipping.
  • Orders shipped outside the EU cannot be combined. This is as we’re unable to provide customs documents for multiple objects within one package. If you selected combined shipping and your buyer is outside the EU then we will send you separate shipping labels for each object.

Important:

  • If combined shipping isn't active before your auction ends then changing your settings afterward won’t apply it retroactively.
  • If you don't have combined shipping, each object must be shipped separately. This is important as not doing so will lead to untraceable shipments which will delay your payout.
