If the buyer raises a concern – for example, the vehicle doesn’t match the description or was damaged in transit – your payout will be paused while we review the situation. We may request additional documentation or expert input to help assess the issue. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll determine the appropriate next steps and update both you and the buyer.
 To support the resolution, be prepared to:

  • Share all relevant documentation and communication.
  • Cooperate with any investigation or expert review.
