Shipping & Pick up
Required documentation

You're responsible for handing over all required documents at the time of pickup. These may include:

  • Vehicle registration certificate*.
  • Proof of sale (invoice or signed sales contract).
  • CMR** (international transport document).
  • Certificate of conformity (if available or required).
  • Any other official paperwork required by local authorities.

*After de-registering the vehicle at your local licensing agency, they'll give you new papers or add a sticker to the old ones, certifying that the vehicle is no longer in the national register and is ready to be registered in another EU country.

**The CMR-waybill is a shipping document with basic information about the shipped car or motorcycle. The buyer should have signed it as proof of delivery. Contact your local government vehicle department to find out if you need the CMR-waybill to complete the vehicle de-registration process.
