Smart shipping can be used by sellers in these countries:

• Netherlands
• France
• Belgium
• Italy
• Germany
• Spain

We are continuously adding new shipping companies and destinations. 

• For Professional sellers:
  • You can use smart shipping to have orders delivered both inside and outside the EU.
  • When shipping outside the EU, you will be prompted to complete an online customs form (HS code, VAT, invoice details). 
  • Note that you need to provide an invoice for shipments outside the EU. 
    
    
• For Private sellers:
  • You can use smart shipping only within the European Union (VAT area).
  • Cross-border shipments that require customs clearance, or destinations outside the EU VAT area (for example, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, or Vatican City State) are not supported for private sellers.
  • This means that a private seller will not receive bids from outside the EU.
