What we accept

We’re looking for authentic, high-quality fashion clothing, both pre-owned and new, that appeal to serious collectors. To be accepted, your object must:

• Be authentic and in very good or excellent condition (see condition grades)
• Be collectable, iconic, or seasonally relevant
• Be from luxury or select premium brands
• Meet the minimum expected value of €75

What increases your chances of approval:

• Luxury brands: Chanel, Dior, YSL, Hermès, Tom Ford, Loro Piana, etc.
• Items in popular sizes (M, L, XL)
• Rare vintage or couture pieces, special materials, or artist collaborations
• Items suitable for the current season or that have iconic status
• Original packaging and accessories (garment bags, spare buttons, hangers)

What we do not accept

To keep our auctions high-quality and trustworthy, we do not accept:

• Items from diffusion lines or low-value fashion sub-brands (e.g. Armani Jeans, D&G, Emporio Armani, Versace Collection)
• Items out of fashion, with basic styling, or from unknown brands
• Sportswear, underwear, beachwear, sleepwear
• Children’s clothing, employee uniforms, wedding dresses
• Heavily worn, damaged, stained, or altered garments
• Clothing made from restricted furs (CITES-listed or seal, skunk, etc.)

Getting your submission ready

1. Fill in all the details and write a clear description

When you submit an object, you’ll see fields to guide you in providing the right information, e.g. type of object, brand, size, condition, period (vintage or modern), etc. These fields ensure your listing is clear, searchable, and easy for bidders to understand.

Note: To determine condition, we use the following grading system:

• A – New/As new – Unused, undamaged, with or without original tags and accessories
• B – Very good – Barely used, with very minimal signs of wear
• C – Good – Used with visible signs of wear
• D – Very used – Clearly used but still functional (only accepted for top brands at expert discretion)

Please also use the object description field to share:

• Unique design features or historical relevance
• What is included/not included (e.g. packaging, hangers, garment bags, spare buttons)

• Authenticity documents

• Material 

• Size in standard format (IT, FR, DE/NL, US, UK) and measurements in cm

• Where the object came from/how it was obtained
• If the object has any flaws or signs of wear

2. Great photos matter

Photos are the first thing bidders see – so make them count! We recommend including 10 high-quality images that clearly show the condition and details of your object. This helps bidders make informed decisions and increases your chances of a successful sale.

Your photos should include:

• Front and back of the item
• Close-ups of the logo, size tag, and care label (front and back)
• Buttons, zippers, lining, cuffs, and collars
• Any flaws or signs of wear
• Accessories such as branded garment bags or hangers

Additional images by object type:

• Fur coats: Include close-ups showing the hair split open, cuffs, label, and interior

Tip: Avoid photos with people, selfies, or screenshots, use mannequins and white gloves or tweezers to handle delicate fabrics. Use a neutral background (white or black), avoid low-quality or stock images, and aim for natural lighting. Find here more tips on how to take professional photos.

3. Additional proof of authenticity

We pay extra attention to ensure authenticity of high-value objects and exclusive to protect bidders and ensure a trustworthy marketplace.

For high-value objects(€500+):

If your piece of clothing is valued over €500, we may request additional verification before approval:

✔ Proof of provenance (e.g. receipts, branded hangers, garment bags)
✔ Close-up images of holograms, branded zippers, and serial tags
✔ Visible designer logo stamps or codes
