Getting your submission ready
1. Fill in all the lot details following the submission flow and write a clear description
When you submit an object, you’ll see fields to guide you in providing the right information, e.g. type of object, condition, etc. These fields ensure your listing is clear, searchable, and easy for bidders to understand.
📌Example of a well-filled object specifics:

Please also use the object description field to share:
- Unique features or notable history of the object
- What is included/not included (e.g. packaging). For objects like sets or albums clearly state if they are partial or complete.
- Where the object came from/how it was obtained
- If the object has any flaws or signs of wear (scratches, fading, bends, marks)
- Disclaimer with the pull chances and randomisation guarantee by a third party for mystery boxes submitted by professional sellers
Tip: The more detail you provide, the easier it is for bidders to understand the value of your object – and the more likely it is to sell. Find here more tips on how to write a clear, accurate description.

2. Great photos matter
Photos are the first thing bidders see – so make them count! We recommend including at least 3 high-quality images that clearly show the condition and details of your object. This helps bidders make informed decisions and increases your chances of a successful sale.
Your photos should include:
For all submissions:
- Front and back of the card
- Close-ups (especially for holofoil cards or edges)
For grouped submissions:
- Overview image including all items, as well as photos of each item individually
Additional images by object type:
- Sealed packs: Front and back, clearly showing all four corners, include strip photos and weight. We do not accept vintage sealed packs that do not show weight.
- Sealed boxes: All sides and angles
- Graded cards: Professional scans from the grading company (downloadable from PSA, SGC, CGC, etc.)
Tip: Use a neutral background (white or black), avoid low-quality or stock images, and aim for natural lighting. Find here more tips on how to take professional photos.
📌 Examples of good vs. bad photos:
These photos show a graded card with full slab visible, from the ideal angle and include front and back of the card. The bidders can clearly see the card on both sides and the grade information. This increases trust and possibility to receive more bids.
The card in these photos is not completely visible, the photo of the slab where the grade is written is not visible, there are not any photos of the back of the card.

These photos are correctly showing the booster pack from each side, including the photos of the strip and the weight of the pack. With this information, bidders are more likely to bid as they can understand that this is an authentic item.

In these photos, all angles of the booster pack is not visible and there aren’t any photos of the strip nor can we see the weight.

3. Additional proof of authenticity
We pay extra attention to ensure authenticity of high-value objects and autographed cards to protect bidders and ensure a trustworthy marketplace.
For high-value objects(€500+):
If your object is valued over €500, we may request additional verification before approval:
✔ Proof of provenance, such as receipts, scans, or authentication reports
✔ Extra high-resolution images showing object details clearly
✔ Verification of ownership, if not already evident in the documentation
For autographed objects:
Autographed objects must follow strict guidelines to ensure authenticity:
✔ Only authenticated signatures are accepted
Must be verified by the original publisher by a reputable grading company: AP Grading, BCCG, BGS, Beckett, CGC, CSG, GG, GMA, GSG, Graad, MGC, MTG, PCA, PGi, PSA, PSA/DNA, SGC, WCG.
✔ Other proof may be accepted at our discretion
If the card isn’t certified but includes a clear photo or video of the signature being made, it may still be accepted.
X No unverified autographs
Cards with hand-signed autographs that lack valid authentication will not be accepted due to the risk of fraud.
📌 Examples of proof of authenticity:
- The cards on the left and in the middle are graded and authenticated. The middle image is sent as a proof of ownership in the moment that the photo has been requested by our experts, with date and hour. The card on the right is a raw autographed card that has not been authenticated. This item can not be accepted as we do not have means of authentication without holding the card in our hands.
