1. Fill in all the details and write a clear description
When you submit an object, you’ll see fields to guide you in providing the right information, such as: brand, model, type of object, colour, condition, serial number, dimensions, material, finish, age, etc. These fields ensure your listing is clear, searchable, and easy for bidders to understand.
Note: To determine condition, we use the following grading system:
- New – Brand new and never used and with a valid warranty. Needs to be stamped by the seller and complete with all original boxes and paperwork.
- As new – Unused means never used and has no valid or 3rd party warranty. Complete with all original boxes and paperwork.
- Excellent – Near-new with very minor signs of use.
- Very good – Used with light wear, no scratches or dents.
- Good – Used with clear wear, possible scratches, and dents.
- Fair – Used with wear, scratches, dents, and minor parts missing.
Please also use the object description field to share:
- Unique features or notable history of the object
- What is included/not included (e.g. packaging, accessories)
- Any extras, e.g. box, papers, warranty
- Where the object came from/how it was obtained
- If the object has any flaws or signs of wear (e.g. scratches, fading, marks)
Tip: The more detail you provide, the easier it is for bidders to understand the value of your object – and the more likely it is to sell.

2. Great photos matter
Photos are the first thing bidders see – so make them count! We recommend including 8 high-quality images that clearly show the condition and details of your object. This helps bidders make informed decisions and increases your chances of a successful sale.
Your photos should include:
For all submissions:
- Full 360-degree view (front, back, sides, top, bottom)
- Important branding details: logos, serial numbers, engravings
- Close-ups of materials, finishes, and condition
- Any included extras (warranty cards, papers, tools)
- Any flaws or signs of wear
Tip: Clean the watch before photographing. Avoid photos with people, selfies, or screenshots, use mannequins or gloves to show handling professionally. Use a neutral background (white or black), avoid low-quality or stock images, and aim for natural lighting. Find here more tips on how to take professional photos.
📌 Examples of good photos:
- Good photos are well-lit and high quality, with the first image clearly showing everything included. Additional images should show close-ups and any documentation or accessories, making it easy for bidders to verify the full contents.

3. Additional proof of authenticity
We pay extra attention to ensure authenticity of high-value and exclusive objects to protect bidders and ensure a trustworthy marketplace. We may request additional proof for verification:
✔ Photos of serial numbers and branded engravings
✔ Original invoice or proof of purchase
