Getting your submission ready
1. Fill in all the details and write a clear description
When you submit an object, you’ll see fields to guide you in providing the right information, e.g. type of watch, condition, brand, model, reference number, year/period of production, movement (automatic, manual, quartz), case material and condition, bracelet material and length (cm), case diameter (mm), etc. These fields ensure your listing is clear, searchable, and easy for bidders to understand.
Please also use the object description field to share:
- Unique features or notable history of the object
- What is included/not included (e.g. packaging, accessories)
- Any extras, e.g. box, papers, warranty, service invoice
- Where the object came from/how it was obtained
- If the object has any flaws or signs of wear (e.g. scratches, fading, marks)
Tip: The more detail you provide, the easier it is for bidders to understand the value of your object – and the more likely it is to sell. Find here more tips on how to write a clear, accurate description.

2. Great photos matter
Photos are the first thing bidders see – so make them count! We recommend including 5-8 high-quality images that clearly show the condition and details of your object. This helps bidders make informed decisions and increases your chances of a successful sale.
Your photos should include:
For all submissions:
- Front, back, both sides
- Strap and buckle
- Case back (serial/reference numbers must be readable)
- Dial and hands (zoomed)
- Movement (if visible)
- Any flaws (scratches, wear, dents)
- Extras (box, papers, warranty, service records)
Note:
- If serial number is masked for public: make sure to upload another version with serial number visible for internal use only
- If you are not an official dealer offering a new watch with a complete set: ensure to include the stamped side of the warranty card
Tip: Clean the watch before photographing. Avoid photos with people, selfies, or screenshots. Use a neutral background (white or black), avoid low-quality or stock images, and aim for natural lighting. Find here more tips on how to take professional photos.
📌 Examples of good vs. bad photos:
- The image on the left shows a high-quality, well-lit photo that highlights the watch’s details, while the one on the right is poorly lit, unfocused, and lacks professional presentation.

- High-quality images taken from multiple angles clearly show the watch, its condition, and all included accessories, such as the box, certificate, warranty, and documents.

- Poor-quality images: blurry, repetitive, taken from too far away, or missing key angles, all of which make it difficult for bidders to assess the watch properly.

3. Additional proof of authenticity
We pay extra attention to ensure authenticity of high-value and exclusive objects to protect bidders and ensure a trustworthy marketplace.
For exclusive and unused watches:
You will be required to provide additional verification information before approval:
✔ Stamped warranty card with dealer stamp and date
✔ Original invoice or service documentation
✔ Full set (box, papers, manuals)
✔ Close-up photos of serial numbers, logos, reference engravings, and hallmarks
Note: You can mask the serial number and owner’s name, but make sure that you also share an image with everything visible for our internal use.
