Antique German 1936 Summer Olympics porcelaine figurine. Athlete is carrying a torch. 12594 incised on bottom. These were the games just prior to WW2. Statue is made out of fine white porcelain. The base bears the Olympic Rings. Runner in his right hand holds the torch that is carried into the stadium to light up the Olympic Flame. It stands approx. 10” or 27 cm tall and 2.75” or 7 cm wide and 3.75”or 10 cm deep. In a good condition.
