Omega – Seamaster 120 – 166.027 – Men – 1960-1969

Very beautiful Omega Seamaster 120 from 1968. The Seamaster 120 model is a diver's watch with a diver's bezel which is very popular nowadays. It is a slightly more sporty model by Omega. The condition of the watch is exceptional. The steel case appears like new, it hardly has any scratches or dents. It seems to me that the case was newly polished, this was done in a very neat way, however. The bezel (diver's ring) is slightly discoloured, originally this is slightly darker (the term "ghost bezel" applies here). There is a small dent at the 20 mark. The watch still has the original Omega crown, naturally this can be used to adjust the time, but it also has a quick-set function to adjust the date by pulling the crown out all the way, in which case the date will jump forward. The inner lid is marked with the reference number: 166.027. Original Omega glass (marked at the centre). The watch can be worn in the shower, I would advise not to wear it while swimming. The dial was professionally reconditioned, this can be distinguished mostly because of the missing number 120 below Seamaster. When the watch is held in the dark, it becomes clear that the lumen on the dial gives off a very strong light; this would not be the case when the watch was in original condition. The original hands are in neat condition. The movement runs beautifully and correctly. Calibre number: 565 Jewels: 24 Automatic The diameter of the watch is 37 mm without the crown and the diameter is 39 mm including the crown. The leather strap is not by Omega. The watch will be shipped insured, naturally it can also be picked up.
