The ship is very accurate and has beautiful small details. The model is large: 80 x 60 x 24 cm! It was built on demand and this edition is very limited, probably less than 50. It is not a Moulinsart model as it differs quite from that model by having full sails. The hull and masts are made of different types of wood to mark the detailing. The sails are made of cotton, the smaller details are of metal and synthetic material. This model is not only a miniature from the adventures of Tintin but also a particular and extremely decorative model, which stands on itself.
