Volkswagen - Formula Vee - 1965

The Formula Vee, also known as the Formula Volkswagen is an economic single-seater designed to be used in the monotype championship. This formula of access to motor sport has allowed many drivers to start in single-seaters: Emerson Fittipaldi, Niki Lauda or Keke Rosberg, for example. Technically, this car is based on the Volkswagen Beetle whose platform (chassis and engine) is associated with a fibreglass body. The result is a particularly simple and affordable maintenance. This vehicle from 1965 has been fully revised and is presented in excellent condition. We only have little information regarding its background, but it is of French origin and - in all likelihood - has always remained in France. It has probably been used very little and is in excellent preserved condition. In addition, it has just been the subject of a full revision. Numerous new parts have been installed, but the replaced original parts will be supplied with the vehicle. New parts: - Harness homologated until 2022 - New ball joints - Brakes - Rims Work done: - Engine and gearbox oil change - Brake system bleeding Vehicle in excellent condition, ready for use. This vehicle can be viewed and retrieved near Oyonnax, in the vicinity of the Swiss border.
