A nice sculpture of a lying shepherd dog The dog is realistically depicted and is mounted on a multi-coloured marble plateau It is made with an eye for details by the artist Louis-Albert Carvin (1875-1951) It is made of zamak but has a bronze appearance It originates from France and probably dates from around 1925 (Art Deco period) Details: Length: 34 cm Height: 26 cm Depth: 18 cm Weight: 9 kg It is signed 'L. Carvin' in the collar of the dog The pedestal has some minor chips but this is not disturbing It is in good condition, the photos speak for themselves A graceful and decorative sculpture!
