Atlantic was founded in 1888 in Bettlach, a village close to Granges in Switzerland, by Eduard Kummer (born on 26 March 1845), who was also one of the "drivers" of traditional Swiss watchmaking. Elegant "Atlantic" model from the '60s. Chrome-plated case measuring 38 mm without the original crown and screw back stamped "Original Atlantic, n° 61469. Beautiful black dial with golden mixed markers, golden baton hands, central second hand with red pointed tip detail and Atlantic - Worldmaster inscriptions. Frost-free Perspex. Original black strap, 19 cm without the pin buckle. Mechanical movement with manual winding, Swiss, Unitas, with 21 jewels, in good working condition. Beautiful collector's item.
