This paperback edition about the illustrious Baarn murder case in 1960 was probably for the most part purchased by the fabulously rich family, and destroyed. The facts are correct, and only a handful of copies survived and is privately owned by collectors and interested people. The book has 192 pages and measures 18 × 13 cm.
This copy is slightly damaged on the spine, over a length of 3.5 cm at the bottom, and has small tears of 0.5 cm top left and on the back right.
The illustration on the cover was made by M. Oortwijn.
The name of the author is unknown, K. Beerman is a pseudonym. The author must have been closely involved in this high-profile case.
