Gerhardi & Co. - coffee- and tea set - 4 pieces
A Gerhardi & Co tea- and Coffee set consisting of 4 items: sugar bowl, creamer, tea pot and coffee pot.
Presumably from silver tin, which doesn’t contain silver but hard metal, which makes the tin so hard that it can be polished and create a nice shiny silver look.
Marked on the bottom: Gerhardi & Co, 1693.
Total heights incl. lid: sugar bowl is 11.5 cm high, creamer is 8 cm high, tea pot is 15 cm high and coffee pot is 23.5 cm.
Total weight is +/- 1.5 Kg.
Everything is in a good used condition, the hinge of the coffee pot is missing a small piece , see photo.
Made in the period 1900-1910 by Gerhardi & Co, Lüdenscheid (Germany).
