Offered: this rare Otwin guitar. A beautifully built quality guitar from Germany, probably from the 1950s, but could also be earlier. Special model with wooden saddle pins and beautiful bound body. Good woods and expertly built. The guitar is an attic find, so it still has to be repaired. - The bridge is a bit loose on the body and needs to be glued again. - 2 small cracks at the height of the bridge in the top - There is a seam in the back which is a bit open, but the body is still sound-proof, because a wooden slat runs across it on the inside of the sound box (see photo). - One cap of the machine heads is missing So no really difficult repairs, the strings are at a nice and low height across the neck, the playability is good. The spots on the back side of the body are sticker residue and can be removed. Definitely worth it to restore it further. Please see photos for details.
