Marvin Flying Dutchman. Marvin partnered with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines around 1955 for the production of the Flying Dutchman in honour of long distance flights. The wristwatch was designed for the male crew and a clip version, similar to the 'Tyre watch', was designed for the female crew by Marvin. This Marvin Flying Dutchman has a black dial with sunray relief with beautiful even patina that has evolved over the years. This is especially well-visible in sunlight. The movement is a 795 automatic movement with date display. The width of the watch is 33 mm, excluding the crown. The watch comes with a Hirsch Viscount Alligator strap.
