Tilley Maurits (Hamme 1908 - Waasmunster 1978) was a Belgian painter. Preference for landscapes and Scheldt views. Mentioned in Belgian art books. I read 1929 and it says Hammer under that. Oil on canvas (41 x 52 cm) in good condition. With frame (62 x 73 cm), in good condition with signs of wear. The wooden muscle window has traces of woodworm, I treated this by placing the painting in the freezer for a day (tip from Tante Kaat). See the last photo. The pictures are part of the description. Will be sent by registered and insured mail by Bpost with a tracking number.
