Painting by Giuseppe Alberto COCCO (Chieti 1879- Napoli 1963). The work was purchased by my family directly from the artist after the Second World War. Among the most important actions by G.A. Coconut in the Neapolitan territory there was the participation in the decoration of the interior of the historic Gambrinus café under the direction of the architect Antonio Curri, who called the most popular Neapolitan Impressionist artists of the time to fresco the place. The painting is textured, very pleasant and rich in details. In good overall condition with some signs of aging at the bottom and a small restoration made by professionals at the top left corner.
