A very nice vintage (almost antique) Levin Mandolin, model 43, probable from the late 1940s, early 1950s. The mandolin is in good shape, low action, neck is straight, very playable. Tuners work perfectly. The mandolin has an adjustable bridge. The mandolin does have a crack in the middle of the body, see photo. That is the only crack in the body. Fretboard has been cleaned and oiled. The mandolin has not been played a lot so the frets should be filed, polished and maybe leveled. The scratch plate/pickguard has some damage, see photos.
