Only a few copies of this luxury edition are known, two according to Picarta, of which one is in the National Library. Besides the oversized binding, also more voluminous paper has been used. The two imposing bindings are clad in satin linen with gold stamps and lettering. The large coloured illustrations (made by Rie Cramer in her best period) are loosely tipped-in.
