Alessandra Sanguinetti (1968) is an American photographer. Some of her works have been published and she is a member of Magnum Photos. She has received several awards and scholarships, including the esteemed Guggenheim Fellowship. Her first solo show in the United States was in 2005 in Yossi Milo. Sanguinetti, born in New York City, moved to Argentina at the age of two and lived there until 2003. Her most important oeuvre consists of: - "The Adventures of Guille and Belinda and the Enigmatic Meaning of Their Dreams", a more than twenty-year documentary photography project about two cousins - Guillermina and Belinda - growing up in the Buenos Aires countryside; -"On the sixth day", in which the cycle of life and death is explored through the life of farm animals; - "Le Gendarme sur la Colline", a road trip in France in 2018. She has been a member of Magnum Photos since 2007 and is a lecturer in Magnum Workshop. There is a narrow glue edge at the back of the photo. This has no effect on the photo.
