Resin Horse, 275 pieces produced, brown patina Carlos Mata (1949-2008), is, before anything, a sincere artist with a personal language and a work inspired by Mediterranean culture. His sculptures, from a formal point of view, are figurative, but separate themselves from naturalism, or realism in such a way that his work is better said to be iconic, responding to the idea of essentiality.
