A rare Innocenti De Tomaso Turbo from 1986. I've had this vehicle for almost 4 years and it is driven regularly. Standard French registration in my name. MOT done on 1 February 2021. This little youngtimer is very, very rare in our cities and on our roads. The Detomaso is more powerful, more comfortable, much better equipped than an Austin Mini or an Autobianci A112 of the same period and, above all, far more rare. It exhibits a diabolical roadholding, sticking to the ground and holding on to all of its bearings. Sport is in the spotlight and driving pleasure is omnipresent. It has a turbo engine of Japanese origin (Daihatsu) which is powerful (72hp) and very pleasant. With 715 kg to move, you have a lively and bubbly little GTI! In the city, it is easy to get around, easy to park and it can also be driven long distances, which is more difficult with an old Mini. It works, but a general overhaul could be done (gaps in acceleration at high speeds). The bodywork is decent for the year (never repainted) but not perfect (some light corrosion). The interior is lovely (seats, bench, headliner, dashboard). The tailgate and the foldable bench seat (2/3, 1/3) make daily use very pleasant. Blaupunkt car radio with working power antenna.
