VOX AC50 Amplifier and Bass Cabinet Foundation around 1965
For sale, a Vox AC 50 top MKIII (1965) with accompanying VOX Foundation Bass Cabinet from around 1965.
The amplifier is completely checked and fitted with new tubes and condensers (recaped). The high voltage condensers were also adapted so the amplifier can be connected to a mains voltage to max. 245 Volt and the BIAS of the end-tubes was re-calibrated.
The Foundation cabinet is placed on wheels and is fitted with the original 18-inch Goodmans Audiom 91 speaker.
The entire set is still in good condition after 50 years and will be supplied with covers.
It is recommended to pick it up because of its weight. Fits in a normal car.
