Smell Powerful and complex, the nose combines aromas of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum), juicy, ripe fruit (nectarine), citrus peel (candied orange) and finely toasted dried fruit (hazelnut). The nose seduces with its powdery, sweet, chalky and elegant olfactory impression. Taste Soft and generous, the mouth enchants with its delicately vibrant effervescence, giving the palate soft, dense and juicy nuances. Reflecting its exceptional terroir, this cuvée stands out for its limestone freshness. Energetic and savory, the sweetness reinforces the precision of this mouthfeel, harmoniously blending elegance and power. Rarely fine tannins combine with deliciousness in a savory and saline finish.
