Wilhelm Busch - Sieben Ausgaben des Munchener Kalenders - 1904-1917

A nice bundle of these German calendars. The are printed in Fraktur script, with coloured illustrations and drawings, blank pages for notes. Each issue is full of coloured coat of arms drawings by Otto Hupp. Each of the calenders has a fabric bookmark and illustrations of Saints and other church elements. They are all in good overall condition, with a slight darkening to the pages only. 1904 - January, Febuary and March have pencil notes / appointments in them - the rest of the year is clean. 1905 - clean and tidy throughout - fractional handling to the head of the spine. 1906 - clean and tidy throughout - slightly more darkened to the covers. 1907 - clean and tidy throughout. 1908 - clean and tidy throughout. 1912 - clean and tidy throughout - fractional handling to the head of the spine. 1915 - Bodo Ebhart - Hohenzollern-Burgkalender Strange - the calendar states that it is for the year 1917 on the cover - but states 1915 inside. It would seem that they have re-used the 1915 titles. It is entirely in black and white, with a war motif to the front cover. (presumably war time economy measures). The calendar includes many anniversaries of events in the Great War - all from a German perspective of course. Good clean condition with some pencil notes to the title and for january. Stamp of the central committee of the Red Cross to the title page. Binding is slightly loose.
