All the bottles of this lot have been stored in our temperature-controlled cellars, therefore all the wines we sell are stored in perfect conditions, at a temperature between 13 and 17°C, in a horizontal position and in the absence of light. Producer: Rosé de Provence Miraval 2022 x6 Number of bottles: 6 Size: 0,75 cl; The wine Rosé de Provence Miraval wine is a cuvée made with grapes from the best vineyards on the Château Miraval estate, located in the most vocated exposures of a magnificent valley. The vineyards are cultivated on clay-limestone matrix soils, partially terraced, which are located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The climate, characterized by strong temperature ranges between hot days and cold nights, allows grapes rich in aromas and endowed with an excellent basic freshness, which is essential for making great rosés. Harvesting takes place in the early hours of the morning with selection of the bunches in the vineyard and further selection of the grapes in the cellar, before vinification. The Rolle white grape variety and the Cinsault and Grenache red grape varieties are soft-pressed, while the Syrah is vinified by bloodletting. Fermentation takes place for 95% of the mass in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 5% in oak barrels with bâtonnage. Before bottling, the wine rests for several months in wooden barrels.
