Er erhielt unter anderem ein Erasmus Stipendium für die ESBAM in Marseille (Frankreich) und das Villa Serpentara Stipendium der Akademie der Künste zusammen mit der Deutschen Akademie Rom in Italien. Seit 2006 ist er als freischaffender Künstler und Kurator tätig und hat an zahlreichen nationalen und internationalen Ausstellungen teilgenommen.
