Borsa bellissima e nuovissima. Il pacco ha avuto un leggero ritardo ma sono stata avvisata, sicuramente parteciperò ad altre aste, super consigliata!

J'ai commandé un sac  rouge , je reçois un sac marron ... pas tout à fait la même chose...
je le conserve néanmoins car je le trouve pratique mais suis déçue.

I have no issue related to this dress, however, I won another dress (Calvin Kleim) which she finally cancelled after 1 montth. The delivery haș bene postponed and then cancwlled. This is not normal.

I am sorry, this was really my fault. The Calvin Klein dress was submitted 2 times by mistake, and I had hoped to buy it once more, so I  could have delivered it to you, but I did not get it a second time. Please accept my sincere apologies for waiting so long to cancel, I should have told you at once.

Mooie tas maar teleurgesteld dat deze in een veel te kleine doos is verzonden hopen dat de kreukels eruit gaan. de tas was ook niet extra beschermd beetje waardeloos om er zo mee om te gaan. 

Sorry to hear that, if the wrinkles do not go away, you can of course return the bag. But as it is a soft leather bag, and not a stiff one, it should be no problem, if it is a little compressed for transport.
