Thanks to the underwater aging, a fresh, fruity wine becomes a rounder (that is to say well-balanced) and mature wine, maintaining notes of cherry and strawberry. Its silky, round body suggests ripeness, but its fruity notes are incomparable to any other mature wine. Its tannins were matured and softened by the constant gentle movement of the sea. Its high quality will allow us to enjoy it for several years.
