Fine old 4/4 violin, labeled ¨N 23 Antonio Pedrinelli Fe in Crespano 1848¨ The instrument is in ready to play condition with poor repaired cracks on top plate, some tears and wears to original golden brown varnish. The whole length of the violin is 593 mm and the back 362 mm. Width of the upper bout: 166 mm; middle: 114 mm; lower: 207 mm. The top is a strong alpine spruce, straight and high grained. The two pieces back is narrow flamed maple with matched sides and scroll. Shipping worldwide, insured.
