An excellent retelling of a journey around Palestine taken by Norman Macleod, bound in the original publisher's cloth. Written by Annie B. Macleod, this work is an abbreviation of the author's father's work, 'Eastward', which describes the journey made by Norman Macleod in 1864.From the Half Hour Library of Travel, Nature and Science for young readers.Illustrated throughout in black and white.A beautiful example of this work. Externally good condition with light wear around edges and cornes, light bump on front board, spine sunned with shelfwear. Internally very good, very light foxing but mostly clean. Rarity.
