Stunning sword stand 刀掛け (katana’kake) made from black lacquered wood, designed to hold three swords.
It is intricately adorned along its sides and rims with mother-of-pearl inlays 螺鈿 (raden) in captivating shades of blue and pink.
At the front, there is a crest featuring a mandarin orange enclosed in a circle 丸に橘紋 (maruni'tachi'bana), Executed in gold lacquer.
The katana’kake is in a very good original condition with traces of age and use. Please look at the photos for a condition reference.

Height 42.5 cm, Width 44.7 cm, Depth 19.1 cm.
Period: Japan – Mid Shôwa period (Mid-20th century).
