I have studied fine arts at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and i have participated in many group painting exhibitions . In addition i have studied fashion desing and worked as a fashion desinger in the early days of my career in the Greek clothing industry. I Also study interior architecture at the International Hellenic University. My love for ancient Greek art and my contact with Greek archaeology inspire my art. My sketches have been used in many announcements and publications of Greek archaeologists. I have also collaborated with the French archaeological service. I am fortunate to have access to unique objects of Greek art due to my collaboration with the Archaeological Service, which are an endless source of inspiration. During archaeological excavations I often photograph unique ancient objects that are a source of inspiration, using various media to serve my art such as acrylics, oils, inks and digital art. Lucky to have been born in this brigh place, my name is Despoina and i am from Greece.
