As the stencil is used and wears, small quirks and imperfections make themselves present. Spray adhesive used in the process sometimes leaves raised texture, paint can splatter and run, and alignment varies at times.These unique impressions and overlays add even more character to these HPMs than you would find in a typical screen print and have a more human feel to them because of it. Thomas Wimberly III is an artist and designer from southern Louisiana. After earning his BFA in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University he has been acting as an art director and designer, both for agencies, and for himself as a freelancer. Thomas currently lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Brooke, and their bulldog, Macintosh.
